ASPEN RIVER SOAP CO. was born in the mountains of Durango, Colorado—where rivers run clear, aspens shimmer in the wind, and life is lived outdoors.

Founded by Jenn Maley, a mother of three and accomplished mountain trail runner, our small family business creates organic, plant-based, handmade soaps using only the finest ingredients. Each bar is thoughtfully crafted to nourish your skin while honoring the natural world that inspires us.

The name Aspen River Soap comes from Jenn’s firstborn, Aspen—raised by water, surrounded by aspens, and shaped by a life of exploration alongside her mom. As the family grew to include Jax and Shea, so did the spirit of adventure. Today, all three children share Jenn’s love for the mountains as skiers, runners, and mountain bikers, proudly riding with the Durango DEVO teams.

Jenn’s passion for wellness runs as deep as the mountains she explores. A former sponsored mountain trail runner, she has stood on podiums across the country—sometimes while pregnant, sometimes injured, always driven by resilience, balance, and love for the outdoors. That same dedication carries into every batch of soap.
